Product condition definitions

Condition wording is meaningful only when it describes the exact offered unit and the evidence behind it.

Factory new and new surplus

Factory new means an unused product supplied through a traceable source. Manufacturer warranty is included only when confirmed. New surplus means unused excess or legacy stock; packaging, age, storage history, and factory warranty can differ.

Refurbished and used

Refurbished equipment has been opened or used and then inspected, repaired or reconditioned where needed, and tested under a stated process. Used or tested-used equipment has a stated inspection scope without implying remanufacture.

Repair and exchange

Repair covers evaluation and work on the buyer's own unit under a separate service quote. Exchange supplies a replacement against return of an eligible core under stated deadlines and charges. These routes are offered only when a qualified provider is confirmed.
