Hard-to-find and obsolete industrial parts sourcing
When an installed control part is difficult to obtain, start with its complete manufacturer part number. A sourcing request asks us to investigate the exact requirement; it is not a stock reservation or a guaranteed delivery date.
A stopped machine or a planned spare
For a stopped machine, state the required date and whether a partial quantity helps. For a planned spare, include the installed revision and accepted condition. Both begin with exact identity review; urgency does not establish availability.
PLC and I/O modules, HMI, drives, servo and CNC control electronics.
A full MPN from the unit label or equipment documentation, even if it is absent from our catalog.
Obsolescence only where supported by OEM evidence; an older family name alone is not proof of discontinuation.
Prepare an actionable requirement
Enter the part and quantity on the RFQ form. Use Add optional details for the revision, machine context, acceptable condition and required date. No account is required.
Preserve every suffix; note conflicting label or manual references rather than guessing.
Give the delivery country and postcode where known.
State whether terminal blocks or other separately identified accessories are also required.
File upload is unavailable on the form. Start with nameplate text and ask for an approved transfer method if photos are needed.
Review before purchase
Missing identity details may require clarification. A proposed quotation must state the exact item and revision where relevant, condition evidence, quantity, price and currency, estimated lead time, freight and duties assumptions, warranty provider and scope, and validity. If no credible option is confirmed, the requirement remains unresolved.
New surplus, refurbished or used options are considered only when accepted and supported by evidence.
A replacement requires a separate application review; a nearby part number is not an approved substitute.
Repair or exchange can be considered only after a qualified provider and terms are confirmed.
